Sa panibagong proyekto ng NEA-QUEZELCO II, may  labing dalawang (12) sitio ang nakatakdang magkaroon ng serbisyo ng kuryente, ito ay mula sa SEP 2014 Batch 1. Ang proyekto ay nagkakahalaga ng P10,580,271.36, mabibiyayaan nito ang mga mamamayan ng mga sumusunod na sitios: (1) Sitio Puting Bato, Brgy. Umiray, Gen. Nakar (2) Sitio Lapdok Pabahay, Brgy. Umiray, Gen. Nakar (3) Sitio Pulang Lupa, Brgy. Umiray, Gen. Nakar (4) Sitio Idyang (Farm to Market Road), Brgy. Umiray, Gen. Nakar  (5) Sitio Catablingan Dulo, (Gawad Kalinga), Brgy. Catablingan, Gen. Nakar  (6) Sitio Yellow Bamboo (water system) Brgy. Cawayan, Real  (7) Sitio Binalatik, Brgy. Atulayan, Polillo  (8) Sitio Ilaya, Brgy. Aluyon, Burdeos  (9) Sitio Ilaya, Brgy. Pilion, Polillo  (10) Sitio Purok 7, Brgy. Libo, Panukulan  (11) Sitio Purok 6, Brgy. Balungay, Panukulan  (12) Sitio Ilaya, Brgy. Milawid, Panukulan.

Ang Department of Energy (DOE) ay naglunsad ng programa sa ilalim ng  Household Electrician Development Plan (HEDP) na tinatawag na "Grant Assistance for Electricity Connection of Poor Households". Magkakaloob ng libreng pagpapailaw sa mga mahihirap na mga bahayan, katulad ng mga kasapi sa 4Ps at ang mga bahayan na wala pang serbisyong kuryente na nasa mga lugar na mayroon ng linya ng kuryente. Layunin ng programa na mapasidhi ang programa ng elektripikasyon at maipagkaloob ito sa lahat ng mamamayan sa pantay na paraan.  Ang programa ay hindi pagpapautang kundi libreng pagbibigay ng koneksiyon ng elektrisidad sa mga mamamayan na nasa sakop ng isang kooperatiba. Nakapaloob sa programa ay instilasyon sa loob ng bahay (labor and materials) at connection fee and fixture sa halagang P1,250.00.  May 450,000 na households ang tinatayang mapapagkalooban ng programa para sa taong 2015-2017.

The 32nd AGMA was held successfully on September 27, 2014 at the Infanta Social Center from 1:00-5:00 in the afternoon Member-consumers attendance went up to 2,765 or 10% from the REINA area. Madam Milagros E. Quinajon, former GM of QUEZELCO II now the Director of the Institutional Development Department of NEA delivered her message as the guest speaker of this momentous event. She enumerated the improvements achieved by QUEZELCO II from the time she left for NEA and congratulated the BOD, Management, Staff and employees of QUEZELCO II. Accomplishments were reported by GM Cada and Pres. Auditor.

Another CAPEX Project undertaken by QUEZELCO II was the Supply of 100 units of Amorphous Metal Core Distribution Transformers with different ratings. This was published in the Philippine Daily Inquirer on September 13, 2014 with scheduled Pre-Bid Conference and Opening of Bids on October 3 and 10, 2013 respectively.

A CAPEX project - 1 unit 5 MVA substation in Brgy. Capalong, Real, Quezon is expected to be energized in the second quarter of 2014 to serve the area of Real, Quezon.  This is in addition to the existing 5 MVA substation located at Brgy. Comon, Infanta, Quezon serving the three mainland municipalities of Infanta, Real and Gen. Nakar.  The project "Construction, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 5 MVA Substation" was awarded to MN Electro Indusrial Supply and Services at the contract amount of P20,844,800. The completion period is 120 working days that commenced after they received the Notice to proceed on October 21, 2013.  The process of public bidding for the above mentioned project started on September 13, 2013, after QUEZELCO II published in the Philippine Daily Inquirer its invitation to apply for eligibility and to bid.  The pre-bid conference and opening of bids were held October 3 and 10, 2013 respectively.

Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ORMECO) under GM & CEO Romeo N. Cuasay and BOD President Dir. Audel A. Arago carried out a referendum on February 9, 2014 for its member-consumers. There were eighteen ECs and a total of seventy nine EC personnel mostly from the Institutional Services Department participated and assisted in the said important undertaking of ORMECO. The ISDs or Task Force acted as District or Precinct Chairman together with two members (Public Teachers) coming from the area. ORMECO has seven districts, 76 voting centers and 131, 726 voters within their coverage area. The result of the referendum has total votes of 28, 520 breakdowns as follows: (a) NEA – 27, 000 votes; (b) CDA – 970 votes; (c) SEC – 150 votes. The votes in favor of NEA showed an overwhelming 96% of the total votes.

On June 13, 2013, the Multi-Sectoral Electrification Advisory Council (MSEAC) from Districts 1-4 held their 2nd quarterly meeting at the Main Office, Barangay Gumian, Infanta, Quezon presided by the over-all President Ronald Orejola, GM Victor Cada, ISD Manager M. Avila, FSD Manager A. Virrey and TSD Manager V. Azagra were also present.

The meeting was focused on the activities that the MSEAC would like to implement. Districts 1-4 recommended conduct of Corporate Social Responsibility Programs (CSR) to provide other services to the people within the service area of QUEZELCO II. The proposed projects to QUEZELCO II by MSEAC were as follows:

  1. On Education: (a) Scholarship program, (b) Electirician's Training and Linemen Training Course.
  2. For the Environment tree planting and growing activity at the coop office compound.
  3. Media Concern: Revive radio program since it has a wider range of receiver of important electrical related issues.
