Draftsman

Position DRAFTSMAN

Basic Responsibility

Responsible in the final preparation of all staking sheets, maps, charts and plan in accordance with the Engineering data.

Special Functions
  1. Perform drafting and staking works.
  2. Prepares staking sheet plans, charts and other technical data.
  3. Draft circuit diagrams and maps.
  4. Draft electric distribution plan and line equipment locator system
  5. Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly office for efficient performance of Engineering Office.
  6. Files records and maintains a systematic filing system of Engineering Office.
  7. Performs related functions that may be assigned from time to time in the best interest of the cooperative.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. College graduate preferably electrical engineering with knowledge in drafting and staking;
  2. At least one year experience in drafting and staking;
  3. Familiar with line designs and construction;
  4. Knowledge in analyzing and drafting;
  5. Computer literate proficient in Autocad and MS Office Application;
  6. Proficient in written English and local dialect.

Budget Analyst

Position BUDGET ANALYST

Basic Responsibility

Responsible for assisting the Finance Manager in compiling budgetary estimates of each department and translating the budgetary requirements into the standard financial budget and forecast of the REC. Coordinates with other departments concerning proper implementation of budgetary programs and policies, preparation of periodic cost-variance analysis, studies and other similar budgetary report to the management.

Also responsible for monitoring expenditures and compiling/comparing statistical data on revenue and as basis for the preparation of report to management.

Special Functions
  1. Assist in compiling data for the preparation of the budget estimates, including long-range projections.
  2. Develops in coordination with the different departments and cost centers, the REC work program and targets and its corresponding budgetary estimates both on a short-term and long term basis.
  3. Prepares charts, graph and justifications to enable management to get a clear understanding of the budget proposal and projections.
  4. Maintains a systematic detailed and up-dated record of approved budget vis-à-vis actual expenditures including a file of all pertinent documents on cost center basis.
  5. Prepares periodic status and variance reports to management.
  6. Perform related functions that may be assigned from time to time in the best interest of the cooperative.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Must be college graduate BSBA major in Accounting or BSC, major in Accounting
  2. With at least (2) year experience in budgeting work
  3. Computer Literate

Sub-Station Tender

Position SUB-STATION TENDER

Basic Responsibility
Responsible for the consistent operation of substation.
Special Functions
  1. See to it that the coop substation is on its top operating condition.
  2. Perform system maintenance function in the substation to ensure adequate and continuous electric service required.
  3. Practice job safety regulation in the performance of assigned tasks.
  4. Develop close coordination with the division working crew and his supervisor.
  5. In-charge  of all reports regarding substation.
  6. Perform related functions that may be assigned from time to time in the best interest of the cooperative.

Qualifications

  1. Graduate of Electrical Engineering, preferably license.
  2. Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance of electrical facilities and the use of electrical tools and equipment.
  3. Computer Literate
  4. Not more than 35 years of age and physically fit to perform the job.
